MOVING International Road Safety Association e.V. is an international association of companies, organisations, governmental agencies and individuals who are active in the field of road safety. The association was founded in 2011 by a group of well-known publishers working in the field of traffic safety education and training in Europe and worldwide. MOVING has its domicile in Berlin.
The purpose of MOVING is to promote education and accident prevention in the fields of road safety, traffic safety education and training, including the associated training and testing procedures.
MOVING supports the dissemination of knowledge from science and research with the aim of further professionalisation of road safety education and training. This aim is achieved by the initiation of exchange between organisations, corporations, associations, politics and administration, for example by conducting thematic conferences and through the support of activities in the fields of traffic safety, traffic safety education and training, for example, by the bestowal of awards for road safety projects.
MOVING also collaborates with the major national and international authorities and has partnerships with non-governmental, profit and non-profit organisations.
